Cross Cultural Skills Europe (CRUSE) prepares graduates for employment by equipping them with intercultural competencies in demand by the contemporary dynamic and competitive European working environment.
It does this by identifying the intercultural competencies desired by employers and uses this to provide targeted materials for use by educators. The project first researches and produces a report outlining the cross-cultural skills that both employers and students perceive to be required for successful European business operations. The project then develops teaching and training materials to support the development of these skills.
Finally, a training manual that provides guidance as to how educators and trainers can use the material will be developed. All the project’s outputs will be found on this website as they are completed. They are made freely available for you to use or tailor to meet your own needs.
